Our 30-day promise
We want you to love your Luvoria ritual. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How returns work
To start a return, email us at adrianecomx@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send you return instructions. Return shipping is on us — we’ll provide a prepaid label.
Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept items that show signs of use, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
